For the past 2 days, we (Devika & I) have been conducting Soft Skill Training for a bulk of the agents from the MSD. It has truly been a very good experience to both the trainees and the trainers. We have managed to learn from the experiences and issues faced by all the agents. We have managed to impart a lot of knowledge and skills that we have compiled based on our own experiences and research. I have to say that our 1st day of training was very good. We have managed to get a lot of good feedback from our attendees. It was very nice to know that everyone enjoyed the session we conducted yesterday. We do hope that it is the same today as well.
